Associate/ Project Director
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implementing all aspects of QS services for Pre to Post Contract including completion of Final Account;
- To manage and coordination projects related contractual matters;
- Oversea and ensure the project QS team compliance with the required company standard quality assurance process on all projects;
- To manage a small team of QS
- Prepare for tender document including measurement BQ, prepare cost estimate;
- Prepare tender report;
- Attend client consultants/site meeting and handle progress claim, site valuation, variation and final account;
- Coordinate with consultants/contractors;
- Administer project related contractual matters
- Passes at least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 6 to 10 years experiences in related field
- Registered with BQSM
- Own transport
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist & support senior members of team to carry out dairy operation task, meet the task requirement and deadlines;
- Ensure deadlines are actively managed and progress is reported to supervisors as required;
- Prepare for tender document including measurement, BQ, prepare cost estimate;
- Prepare tender report;
- Attend client consultants/site meeting and handle progress claim, site valuation, variation and final account;
- Coordinate with consultants/contractors;
- Administer project related contractual matters;
- Passes at least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 1 to 3 years experiences in related field
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Own Transport
Senior Contract Executive/ Senior Quantity Surveyor
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Minimum 5 to 7 years experiences in related field
- Registered with BQSM
- Own transport
Contract Executive/ Quantity Surveyor
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To support senior members of team to carry out dairy task and meet the task deadlines;
- Prepare for tender document including measurement, BQ, prepare cost estimate;
- Prepare tender report;
- Attend client consultants/site meeting and handle progress claim, site valuation, variation and final account;
- Coordinate with consultants/contractors;
- Administer project related contractual matters;
- Passes at least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experiences in related field
