Sr. C. L. Tu
DIRECTOR
Sr. C. L. Tu has extensive quantity surveying professional experience across a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial developments over 30 years. Prior to founding QS 98 Consultants Sdn. Bhd. in 2014, he worked with consultants and contractors in the construction industry. He has also successfully delivered numerous projects and served with prominent clients, both in private and public sector with core quantity surveying services.

Nelson Kong K. Y.
Project Director
Mr. Nelson has been actively involved in all aspects of Quantity Surveyor and Project Management works over 21 years. He has involved on a wide range of projects, specializing in sea reclamation, mix development, residential, commercial/ retail, factory, office, high end individual detached, and bungalow houses.

Ms. Azila worked for industry construction consultants for 3 years and contractors for 1 year. She has involved on a wide range of projects with well training, specializing in high-rise, residential, commercial, industrial (pharmaceutical, healthcare, etc.), infrastructure works, and others.
